RCSS STAR Employees

RCSS STAR Employee Awards
RCSS STAR Employees are school employees who take Responsibility, exhibit good Character, and are committed to Serving Students on an ongoing basis. These awards are presented monthly at Randolph County Board of Education meetings from September through February

Nomination Process
Using the criteria above, schools develop their own process for identifying, nominating, and selecting their RCSS STAR Employees.

Schedule
Each school will award two (2) RCSS STAR Employee awards per school year - one in the September/October/November time period and one in the December/January/February time period.
